　　Observe the appearance, printing, and inner wall coating of the entire paper lunch box under natural light or fluorescent lamps, and visually inspect 10 paper lunch boxes per sample.

　　紙餐盒不應(yīng)凹陷、起皺；淋膜層應(yīng)均勻。紙餐盒印刷圖案應(yīng)輪廓清晰、色澤均勻、無明顯色斑。紙餐盒應(yīng)清潔無異物，且不應(yīng)有異味。

　　對于帶蓋紙盒試樣，蓋體對折15次，觀察蓋與盒體連接處有無裂紋。每個樣品測定10只紙餐盒， 如果2只以上(含2只)的紙餐盒不符合規(guī)定，則判定該項(xiàng)不合格。

　　用精度0.02 mm 的游標(biāo)卡尺，分別測定底部長邊、底部短邊以及斜高。每個樣品測定5個試樣。結(jié)果用測定值中的最大值和最小值與平均值的差值表示。

　　Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02 mm to measure the long and short sides of the bottom, as well as the slope height. Measure 5 samples for each sample. The result is expressed as the difference between the maximum and minimum values in the measured values and the average value.

　　耐溫試驗(yàn)方法

　　將紙餐盒放在干燥的玻璃板上，分別注入95℃±5℃的食用油、水至距紙餐盒口部6 mm 處。蓋 上蓋靜置30 min 后觀察試樣有無變形、開裂，表面有無起皮、起皺現(xiàn)象，并觀察試樣底部和側(cè)面有無油 或水滲出或漏出。

　　Place the paper lunch box on a dry glass plate and inject 95 ℃± 5 ℃ edible oil and water separately until they are 6 mm away from the mouth of the paper lunch box. After covering and standing for 30 minutes, observe whether the sample is deformed or cracked, whether there is peeling or wrinkling on the surface, and observe whether there is oil or water seepage or leakage from the bottom and sides of the sample.

　　220mm×150mm×3mm的平板玻璃，3kg砝碼，準(zhǔn)確度至1mm的金屬直尺。

　　220mm x 150mm x 3mm flat glass, 3kg weight, metal ruler with accuracy up to 1mm.

　　試驗(yàn)步驟

　　Test steps

　　將紙餐盒蓋打開倒扣在平滑的桌面上，再將平板玻璃放在盒底上。用金屬尺測定平板玻璃下表面至水平桌面的高度。然后將3 kg砝碼置于平板玻璃中央處，負(fù)重1min立即測定上述高度。分別測定2只紙餐盒，用式(1)計(jì)算每只試樣的負(fù)重性能。取2只紙餐盒測定值的算術(shù)平均值，作為該紙餐盒的負(fù)重性能。

　　Open the paper lunch box cover and place it upside down on a smooth tabletop, then place the flat glass on the bottom of the box. Measure the height from the lower surface of the flat glass to the horizontal tabletop using a metal ruler. Then place a 3 kg weight in the center of the flat glass and load for 1 minute to immediately measure the above height. Measure 2 paper lunch boxes separately and calculate the load-bearing performance of each sample using equation (1). Take the arithmetic mean of the measured values of two paper lunch boxes as the load-bearing performance of the paper lunch box.

　　紙餐盒的標(biāo)志與包裝應(yīng)按GB/T10342或合同的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

　　紙餐盒的所有包裝材料應(yīng)具有足夠的密封性和牢固性，以保證紙餐盒在正常的運(yùn)輸與貯存條件下 不受污染。紙餐盒包裝應(yīng)防塵、防潮或防霉，直接與產(chǎn)品接觸的包裝材料應(yīng)無毒、無害、清潔。
